The JTH nutritionist, Lainie, is going to find a healthy recipe that we will feature the 4th week of each month. People often ask for specific recipes that they can make, rather than just encourage healthier eating. Here is the recipe for August:
Buffalo Chicken Ranch Bowl
4 oz shredded chicken
1/2 cup cooked jasmine rice
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp fat free ranch dressing
