If you find yourself on the “nice list,” but you’re not sure what to ask for, here are some great ideas for presents that can aid you on your journey to a healthier you:

  • a weighted vest – use this on your daily walks to add some strengthening
  • blender bottle – a great way to mix up your nutritional protein beverages; especially if you like to use ice
  • a gym membership – a gift that keeps on giving
  • air purifier – assists your immune system
  • food scale – a huge asset if you want to track your caloric intake accurately
  • a massage – helps with your mental health and a great treat for your body
  • ear buds – a good pair of wireless headphones helps make workouts go more quickly
  • Epsom salt soaking solution – turns your bath into a rejuvenation time for sore muscles and joints
  • an Apple watch or a Fitbit Versa – if you have been really good, a device such as one of these can go a long way towards helping to keep you active and moving

Think about what your goals are. Think of gifts you can ask for to help you achieve these goals. Now is as good of time as any to splurge on a wellness-minded gift.
