Recipe of the Month: Berry Protein Power Bowl

The JTH nutritionist, Lainie, is going to find a healthy recipe that we will feature the 4th week of each month. People often ask for specific recipes that they can make, rather than just encourage healthier eating. Here is the recipe for January:
Berry Protein Power Bowl
- 3/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (Robard product ideal)
- 1/4 cup mixed berries
- 10 g crushed almonds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
