Eat Right on Thanksgiving

Instead of a healthy recipe, Lainie and I decided to give you a few “eat this/not that” tips for Thanksgiving. This handout has some great modification ideas.

At the end of the day, enjoy your Thanksgiving!!! If you don’t do perfectly through your gatherings, shake it off and get back after your healthy choices as soon as possible.
