What is the best app and why?

I get asked a lot about my opinion on the best apps. There are SO MANY apps, and there is not one perfect one. But I do know the one I feel is the most comprehensive and helpful.

I do not get paid by My Fitness Pal, but I would be doing you an injustice if I did not recommend this app to help you along this journey to a healthier, more active you. Download it, play around with it, try it for a week. I am confident you will see why it’s the one I recommend. A big bonus is that the New Direction nutritional supplements that you utilize through JTH are built into their nutrition library.
